Since I was a kid in the 60s, the more they show, the longer it takes, the more drama and millions are made off the subject, the less I believe it. Full disclosure would've been more believed 30 yrs ago. Now, the technology and ability of Hollywood to make things look real even in person just creates more skepticism.
