For a half million dollar home, I expect all my showers/tubs to be tile. Plastic insert tubs are such a let down. I have the same shower tub combo in my town house which was less than $200k

I just love the way this home is made, both inside and out. The office is magnificent and just big enough and the dining room is great. I love the kitchen which is sleek with everything you need, but is not ostentatious. The outdorr grill is one of the most fabulous and durable ones I've ever seen and I adore its location. French doors are always classy and reminiscent of years gone by. Love the elevator, as in a two-story home, you will eventually need it. The bedrooms are not particularly spectacular but will do. Hallways a bit narrow, but over all, good.
