We rented a couple of jetskis out here in Colorado and nope, no instruction or anything. Just get on and go. Generally it was fine, we took it slow and easy but at one point we did flip one over and unfortunately only I could get back on. The rental company sent a boat out to get my wife. He was clearly pissed at having to come out and did nothing to help my wife into the boat.

That was painful.

This is why rental skis is a bad idea.

Where are they @ now while this one police boat and one operator is trying to perform a rescue? This is not the first time this boat and officer has been alone rescuing people. I'm sure these PWC's are rentals, this company should be fined, these people have NO idea being on them. All water operations should require a special license or safety course, especially on these waters.
