The witch snatching that little girl is a kind of parallel to Snow White. The witch even has her own version of the Magic Mirror, though it's a cauldron. The witch asks the cauldron 'who's the finest looking wench' (her actual words), and at first the cauldron gives her the answer she wants to hear, but then it's like 'you know what, nah you ugly as hell and there's this fine-ass little girl I watch all day through the tower's highest window' and the witch freaks out. No, you can't use the Wonder Wing (the invincibility move) to survive/glitch out the crushing ceiling of the pyramid. After the door closes, a timer starts counting down. The timer disappears when you get out of the trap, but if time runs out, the ceiling crushing you is an instant death. I'm pretty sure the game switches to cinematic mode when the ceiling falls, so even if you have Wonder Wing active, it would be disabled as it's a move where you have to hold the activation button to keep active. Also, the actual trap doesn't have that pseudo-keyboard, that's from a different level. It didn't say 'spell your name in 20 seconds', it said 'spell your name backwards 20 times'. The name in question being Banjo Kazooie, which is itself the actual code for the puzzle with the pseudo-keyboard.
