While recording there was copyright music being played on the pier . The choices for me were total silence or overlayed music .

I'm born in Australia, my mums from Oldham, last time we were there was 1986, never been back since. Poverty, no employment and the racial problems were bad back then hate to think what it's like in 2024.

I am a Northwich born and bred gal, now 66! I haven't been to town for years because of my mobility. It does still look lovely, but like a ghost town,it was such a vibrant place to shop, sadly I think retailers have fallen prey to high rates maybe? I used to go to the Saturay morning flicks(The Plaza) for sixpence, oh my days,so many fond memories. Ty for staring this walk👍 ( maybe a walk around Marbury Park and Anderton boat lift) lots of History and ghostly tales to tell👻

I just got back. It is emptier now. I walked from castle to town.

Love❤Barmouth ❤. Ty for walking and sharing,as my mobility is rubbish, lovely views from the beautiful Church. I've always admired the superior position it is in when looking up from near the station, with the hills behind it,
Me and my sister really enjoyed your walk up Old Hill Fort and you came past our house on the way back, shame I missed you, would have made you a coffee or tea even a slice of cake, Keep up the good work, really enjoy your walk abouts

Well I liked seeing Hemel old town again, but. Your commentary was practically non exist-ant. you obviously know nothing about this historic stretch of road and have done no research into the street its buildings their history and previous uses and or the interesting businesses and caricters that occupied them You even missed some obvious things such as explaining about the well water pump, and that the hairdressers on the lower side of the street was used as the location for the external shots of the TV series "Pie in the sky" some of those buildings were very old pubs / coaching houses. nothing about the church or the old town hall. with the history this street contains you could have made a series of videos. All in all pretty poor.

@@1GameKeeper What you mention is not what I do . Stop moaning and find a film that ticks your boxes. I turn up on the day and see what I can see . I have had films used by national newspaper web sites . Musicians have used my videos in their promotions. Where can I find your films . Please just stop watching and give respect to the content creator . Please like and subscribe . Thank You

@@WalkingUK fine but I just thought I would comment since you made a video that had little or no content and was boring. Just shows what a low state journalism in the UK has sunk to

How nice to watch this video. 40 years ago I lived in Chesham Bois (close to The Beacon School) as an au-pair. Had a great time. Thanks for taking us on your walk. I enjoyed it.

Doesn’t look too bad that time of day , the suns out and it looks pretty clean and no gangs hanging around or homeless people which lets the town down. You should have done a tour of the arboretum it’s beautiful there .
