My first time betting at Saratoga this weekend I won $380 in my first race bet I Won for a $4 bet on a horse with really bad odds and some with the same horse on an Exacta Box and another Horse and got $300 for one ticket and $80 on the other. Never have I felt closer to becoming addicted to gambling but I walked away and enjoy the rest if the day only trying to win with $14 more dollars

Who gives a fuck! How can anyone human get involved in this outdated barbaric sport. Whipping a horse past what he can handle. I’d like to shot the jockeys as the ride past oops another one bites the dust! Now that entertainment folks!!!!
@joannabrites98572 жыл бұрын
Don’t support these less them human people who get involved in the sport. Go to your local horse auction! You’ll see two and three yr olds crippled for life because good old Nick has to play his little games with Gods precious creatures.
@joannabrites98572 жыл бұрын
Let’s ask old Nick what happens to them when they are broken down. I’ll tell ya folks, the slaughterhouse, that’s right people. This sport is called the sport of kings, it’s the sport of animal abuse. I can’t believe people are so bored with there lives they watch abuse as entertainment. We’re a sad species.

His ride on Grindstone in the Derby was as masterful as they come. The ride on Arcanque in the B.C classic was another amazing feat. Any horse J.D. was on had the best chance for a trip to the winner's circle regardless of the odds. His book is a good read. Straight forward and honest.

"basically in their stalls 24/7" these are animals, not machines you can lock up and forget about, then cram with chemicals and push them past their breaking point on the race track. The racing industry is disgusting.

What a horrible life. Of course cameras aren't there on race day, you're too busy doping and injecting joints
@watchgoose6 жыл бұрын
Nope. The mandatory drug tests would get the owners and trainers suspended and fined and ruled off the track which cuts into your livelihood, didn't you know? And it's been shown that intra-articular injections of steroids weaken the connections between ligaments/bone and tendons/bone. Study up.

1:55 .... Says they are in a stall basically 24hrs so they take them out for about 30min a DAY to graze and whatnot. Well horses sleep for like 2hrs a day, can you see where this is abusive as fuck? A solid 22hrs standing in a stall every God damn day of their life, to just run in a circle and then be disposed of later at auction. This is equally and pathetic as keeping a bird in a cage; an animal that was meant to soar. You people need to learn to respect and actually care for the animal, mentally too. They dont give a shit about being brushed or having fancy grain. That's us humanizing them and making it seem like it's taking care of them. Raise them right, don't train them young, let them habe their freedom and then MAYBE horse racing can still exist. A lot of work needs to be done though.

Everything a horse doesn't need! They need to be looked after as horses not supposedly as Kings!
@Oswald_Thatendswald8 жыл бұрын
They make a living and have everything they have because of them. why would they not treat them as kings?
@veritasvault12158 жыл бұрын
How many kings end up at the knackery when they are no longer making an income. Why do they race them years before they have grown and matured. How many kings are whipped and kept in solitary confinement. How many kings are auctioned. How many kings are forced to run unjured and masked with drugs. How many Kings are forced to wear iron gags. How many kings are lame in the mouth? and so on and on.!

Meanders Horsingabout Just because there are trainers that don't treat their horses well doesn't make this guy guilty by association with the industry. You can't base one person or a small groups actions on the entire community of horse racing.

Sad?? What video were you watching lady? See any cruelty?? All I saw was horses getting pampered with food, vitamins, bathes, get their stalls CLEANED with fresh bedding DAILY, grooming, vet checked constantly, ,walked ,exercised,they also get dentistry done, letting them RUN as that's what they were born to do. Can you say that about lots of those poor ones in wild? What Dumbass comment from obviously someone who apparently doesn't know SQUAT about a racehorses life. Pay attention lady and maybe you won't be so quick to judge .Can't stand ney sayers like.. yourself Wonder how good you take care of your horse if even own one
