Im am italian but i support GILLINGHAM (for fifa)

I'm from Kent, living in America, only ever been into international football but I've got the itch to start supporting a league team. Gillingham is owned by Americans so this ticks all the boxes :) will go to a match when I go back in a month or so.

Well, we definitely need a genuine striker, someone who actually scores goals. I mean, come on, it is League Two after all. How difficult can it be to score? If Gillingham are serious then they 2 need strikers who can score 15 a piece a season. And those two forwards have to develop an understanding and play off each other. That's not too much to ask is it? To be fair though, those 2 strikers need a manger who sets the team up to create chances, something the last two managers were clearly very averse to doing. We also need an attacking midfield player who can supply the front two and who can take chances themselves. And if we play 4 at the back then we need attacking wing backs to get forward and support the attack. The Gills do now have two recognised forwards with Josh Andrews and now Elliott Nevitt's, so that's a good start to build a team around.

Cambridge fan here - MB is a great guy - wish him well. Got us promoted from no where - and kept us in L1 with a much smaller budget than you will give him. Wish you and him nothing but the best. Expect an organised .fit , hardworking team.

I know words are words and obviously we will have to wait a while to see how things pan out with Mark Bonner but have to say I already like his attitude way more than SC. Never really hated SC and was always going to give him a chance but never felt he was the right man and certainly the way he came across in interviews, never made me feel enthusiastic about the games and that was felt by the players too I think, resulting in many lacklustre performances. So hopefully he can install some belief back into them along side some courage and who knows what might happen in the upcoming season
