Its not that bad, just follow the video. As far as the back camera, just make sure its facing the right way, thats usually the only issue you run into. The back camera just plugs into the front camera.

Another set of hands would definitely make life easier. Most cars have a harness on the inside of the car behind the B pillar. That is the one where the seat belt goes for the druver or passenger. So instead of gutting the door components one by one. You just get a whole door from say a junkyard and the harness is just one plug on the inside of the car behind that pillar. But if you are just replacing the "shell" of the door, meaning just the outer part and no "guts", window, motor, panel, etc. Then yes, you need to gut the door. The worst might be seeing where the door was painted from the factory and the new one lines up. Typically its 4 bolts, 2 on each hinge, top and bottom. I would definitely get another set of hands, if not 2 people to help. But as long as you take your time to gut it, it shouldnt be that bad. Now its your turn to make a video on how to remove and replace a whole door on a 24 crv..🤣🤣🤣..but its a honda, the worst is going to be the handle, actuator and striker if you need to change them. Just tight getting your hands in there. I hope that helped.

Uuuuhhhh..you lost me..you need to keep the factory radio intact so the ac controls work..I didnt want to compromise anything factory other than just the speakers..so however you want to steal power or keep the factory radio operable..go right ahead..I did what I did to make matters easier for me..if all your doing is cutting away the speakers..then by all means..go right ahead..it doesnt HAVE TO BE tge same as my video..its just a reference that it can be done and I DID IT..🤪🤪🤣🤣

Wait, are you referring to keeping the factory amp? Where in the video are you referring to? At first I used the speaker wires right out of the radio to give the amp signal. That turned out to be wrong and had to convert it to the rca signal. Is that what you are referring to? I put those connectors on to be able to plug into the rca outputs of the pioneer. Are we on the same page here?

@richideates I bought it used and no app. The key flop doesn't work on the remote start. It opened the doors and unlocked, but no start.

Look on the back of the key fob..it should tell you how to remote start it..IF..it came with it..if its on the bavk of the remote..then its a factory system..if its not..then you dont have remote start..this process is only for aftermarket

@@richideates okay thank you. we used the kit but not the axxess harness. i used maestro and it does nothing for the upper screen. although if he uses the axcess module i dont believe he will still get his oem integration for tpms, or gauges, or economy like maestro does. thank you for the response

Audio is gone because the radio is gone..as far as all the other system settings..you will only keep what the kit allows you to keep

Good question. Couldnt tellya..🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤣🤣..that was done years ago and im just the installer. BUT, she was a young girl who drove that car, so either its still working and she has the car..orrrr..she doesnt have the car and someone else is driving it. I usually am roped into installing these style radios..I just installed 2 of them for the same guy. Ended up ripping both of them out for two other ones. 700 bucks in labor. But I wish I had a better answer. Usually people come back if there is a problem. I think that was like 3 years ago, or close to it.

Ooph..sounds like it might be busted in there..you might need brute force to get it out..I cant tell without seeing it..but if the whole light is stuck..then you might to help it out with some force..but dont do it if you feel like your going to break something..I hope that helps

@@richideates My accord is 2015 Ex without navigation. I put in a Pionner stereo, bought a harness so everything would work. (Everything works very well) but I would like to adapt the Control Pannel that I mentioned in the previous comment to fix the clock on the main screen above. The brain of the original stereo is still connected behind the Pioneer stereo so that the cameras on the main screen work. The Pannel control was from another accord but it was a 2015 hybrid

Oh man. Thats an oldie. Usually you have to go to settings and find something that says car settings or vehicle settings. Every radio is different. But then you follow the prompts. Cant be more specific because every radio is different. But its usually hit the set button and then hit the corresponding button to learn the command. I hope that helps. Its usually in a "setting"..

It does not specify the 2016, so I would say no. But, I am sure it is very similar to the 17-up. Most vehicles are very similar in installing roof racks.

Thats where ebay comes into place. I am part of their network, but dont promote them because they cant make what they want out of me clear. They make it seem like I have to make a commercial for them every video I make, promoting ebay motors. But you clearly see that thats not the case, I am just showing people how to remove things. Anyway, it sounds stupid because it is stupid. But if you go on ebay, you will be shopping from junkyards. If it is a mirror, should be plug and play. If it is the camera, then you need to get it recalibrated for your vehicle. I doubt you can just plug it in and it will work. I hope that helped.
