Installed 275s in the front, looks good but still rubs. Gotta cut the fender flares and the bracket and it's all good. No cut to the fenders!!!

just bought a car and it is doing the same thing in regards to dash lights staying on when car is off resulting in draining the battery, is it the OHC box from what I am reading? I am also having issue with wheel..when car starts the LED read out is normal than goes to one read light lit on both sides of wheel with no read out on wheel. Any ideas?
