I have been trying to figure out why people are making a big deal about fork width. I know when I change frames my shots land different and I knew they were connected but not sure how or why. This helps understand it a little better.

I never really thought about, or knew about target panic, but after watching this I started to overthink target panic and that made me panic and caused me to have target panic and now I’m panicking. 😅 Sometimes ignorance is bliss

I've never experienced the first type, definitely had the second...just didn't have a name for it (except "I suck!"). Relaxation and breathing has always been my approach, but I'm going to try the dry run approach too so this was great! Thank you 🙏

Enjoying the videos. Met you briefly at ECST. My daughter loves the tattoo on your arm and wants me to ask if there is a story behind them.

I would say this is a very basic understanding of target panic but helps people get to know the subject and diagnose a version that they might have. For example I know some shooters that can't get they're breathe under control, release early/late, etc. My personal version is blurry vision not due to physical conditions but mental blockage that comes with the pressure of tournaments. Everyone is different but most will expirence the versions of target panic you talked about. Awesome video yet again!
@lindersucks14 күн бұрын
Yeah, I probably should have said something along those lines. I'm trying to keep things as basic as possible for the broadest appeal, but it wouldn't have hurt to just mention that it takes other forms as well.

Thanks for the tips. I definitely will try the band set up! No one seems to talk about how they are able to aim off the tip of such a small frame, are you aiming inches above the fork tip or is the fork tip right on the target? And if you are putting the tip right on the target how are you dropping your shot down compared to when shooting a 90mm fork?
@lindersucks19 күн бұрын
Great question! I should do an update. I aim off the fork tip and raise the pouch to accommodate it. When I shoot short draw, my anchor point is under my cheekbone. When I speed shoot I let the bands brush that exact same point. But for PFS, I let the bands brush just ABOVE the cheekbone.
