Looks like rubbish. I’ve had over fourth years experience on Bass Strait ferry’s and they are a pain to travel on from start to finish and too damned expensive. It’s better to fly.

Do not use it for grout! It's far to abrasive, and you'll end up having to re-grout after every time you clean.

Way worth it. You could run through more than 5 blades a season if you were never sharpening it. Now you might only need 2-3 blades every 5 years

😮 i am amazed that people think contractors are ripping them off for charging for a service call. How did you find the contractor? He's probably paid for advertising and branding. How did you contact them? Cell phone, landline, fax, email all cost money . Two million dollars in liability insurance costs $2000 a year. Overhead costs of a contractor can not be compared to a homeowner who doesn't do this for a living. Before I started my own business I may have had the same thoughts but I learned long ago about critical thinking and realized that I probably don't have enough knowledge to give a well informed opinion on many things. Then don’t make them drive all the way to your house. You do it. Your travel and time is free, his is not, his company’s is not.

DONT👏 BECOME👏 A LANDLORD👏 IF YOU CANT👏 HANDLE 👏 THE RESPONSIBILITY👏 Your type clearly just wants the money without the duty and its fucking disgusting. Grow tf up or stop being a landlord. You put yourself in that responsibilty. If you dont want to be respectful and make sure YOUR house is safe for YOUR tennants then you need to get tf out of the biz and let those people live their lives safely.
@kmorrison7785Ай бұрын
Because landlords get all pissy about holes in walls, even just drawing pin holes. And some are wanky enough to try and retain bond for holes created for smoke alarms. And, if you are a landlord and too stupid to include the $10 per year in the rent, maybe you should look at other ways to invest. Oh, btw, the $130 is probably for the smoke alarms.

Its matter of insurance but im not an expert
@AJPembertonАй бұрын
$130 seems very expensive for a battery. Ours take a 9V, which costs less than $10. Perhaps the reason you can live in your own house with no smoke alarms is that you are endangering yourself, whereas with the rental, you are endangering others?
