Do you know if the degree needs to be recognised before the appointment with the German embassy in your country? (E.g. you have an EU Blue Card appointment next week, but don’t have your degree yet recognised)

i graduated from Kolkata ,which is listed as status unclear in anabin database. in this regard ,how would i get an offer letter from german University? uni assist rejected me as i am not unable to study in Germany because my Degree is not granted in Germany. in anabin database,My degree is still awaiting for further clarification.

Hi, thanks for the video, we got the mail today from German consulate Mumbai asking to pay 45k for verification of the authenticity of your documents. Does verification comes at both both parents place or just at boys place as in my case my wife parents does not know anything about our marriage so i am bit worried if they will go there also, as they dont have any address proof from my wife parents place so obviously just my citry name they cannot able to find the house also. Will be nice to know about it as our was love marriage and we did it in court directly.

Hello, Thank you very much for your video. Recently I applied for Statement of Comparability in ZAB for reason that when I have been graduated the program was not accrediated. The fact is that in my home country there are some laws that the new programs because at that time my program was new in 2018 and I graduated in 2021. Due to Covid19 the process of accreditation finished in 2022. Of course regarding the laws of higher education in my country my university issued my diploma after the accreditation was finished but they only see to one website the year when the decision has been approved and the date that will finish the accreditain and they not even asked me for any proof in case the doubt for authenticy. What do you suggest me to do or anybody in my case. I have one Master Degree also which I have recently finished. That one fulfill their accreditation requirements. Do you think Master Degree will override my bachelor degree accreditaion?

My degree falls in A3 category in Anabin data base but in the certificate, it shows both Conditionally comparable (Bedingt vergleichbar) and Corresponds (Entspricht)to Baccalaureate/Bachelor 3j. Let's not forget the fact the old instructors/examiners are much stricter and tend to not give any leeway even though there is no real safety issue because of the minor mistakes that you can make during the test; knowing fully well that everyone else on the road who have a license are doing much worse. Anyways, it is definitely a big challenge for all of us here! Cheers :)
