I don’t recommend long use for everyone but for myself, I’ve worn it to bed and left it on overnight without any issues. You could give it a try but I’ve heard some people get itchy when they leave it on for a while. When I apply it to clean skin that isn’t dry skin either, I haven’t had any issues.

I’m not sure what you’re asking or referring to exactly, but I’m not aware of any side effects from anyone including myself from using it. The one we get in Canada contains peppermint, eucalyptus, zinc oxide and resin. Hope that helps.

Would highly recommend using one of the skincare lines that Atomy has as well as they work very well together. A lot of people will try the The Fame products first but do tend to upgrade to Absolute as it has de-aging properties where as The Fame is anti-aging.

Oh what you’re referring to is actually a line called “The Fame” and yes they work beautifully together! I haven’t been able to do this with all the past brands I’ve used but products within Atomy, I’ve been able to mix and match no problem! The evening care set is a great step to use in your routine and then you would finish it with one of Atomy’s skincare lines. I like using The Fame set in the summer/warmer months because I feel it’s more hydrating and then I switch to the Absolute set when it’s cooler. Sometimes I use the Derma real cica set if my skin is sensitive due to environmental issues as I have seasonal allergies. Hope that helps!

Hi there. What part did you want to know about? I was doing the peeling gel up to 3-5 days/week and peeling mask everyday and didn’t have any issues. I used the deep cleanser maybe 1-3 times per week as I don’t really wear make up or live in an area that has a lot of pollution so I never felt like I needed it often but I used the foam cleanser everyday, usually twice a day. I have sensitive skin and using this set often never had negative impact for me or others that have tried to use it often. We noticed results faster when we used the set more often, but if you’re new to it, it’s good to try it out first maybe up to 3 times per week to allow time for your skin to heal from other products that you may have been using. I use the foam cleanser daily regardless if I use the full set as I don’t have time everyday to do the full routine.

Are you talking about fillings or braces? I have some metal fillings actually from a long time ago and it doesn’t negatively affect me. I don’t notice anything bad when I’m using this device.

Hi there. So sorry for the late response. From what I know the EP booster is available in Korea and some other Asian countries. I haven’t checked lately to see if they’ve launched in more places. Most people are just applying with their hands and still have amazing results. The device is just a bonus and not mandatory for the ampoules to be effective as they’re amazing on their own too. Just like any other skincare products, be gentle with your face when you’re applying. 😊

Hi there. So sorry for my late response. I think this is a bit of a tricky question as it depends on what your skin needs. Most will go with the Absolute products and finish off with the nutrition cream. Some may opt for the hydra brightening or the Derma Real cica set. Some may finish off with the spot out products and then a cream. I think a good rule of thumb is to use lotion or cream after. I sometimes just use only lotion or cream after but sometimes I need both. For me I base it on the weather - temperature and humidity. I live in Vancouver, Canada, so it can be wet, humid and cold here quite often so my skin suffers from the extra fan or heat that we have on so I adjust accordingly. Hope that helps.

Maybe this will be more helpful. For those with normal skin type, you could try the Absolute line and use products in this order - toner, Synergy Ampoule, eye cream and nutrition cream for morning and night. If you find your skin is a bit on the dry side you can try adding the Absolute Ampoule before you apply the synergy. If you are using spot out products then remember to only use at night time as they can react with the sun and damage your skin. Use the spot out essence after synergy ampoule, then eye cream and spot out cream.

From what I know and understand, there can be many reasons why you might be having some difficulty right now. Not everyone is going to have the same experience. Maybe some of the ideas below can help point you in the right direction if you’re still having issues. 1. Improper use of evening set 2. Incompatible skincare products that you use after the evening care set 3. Maybe you don’t really use any other skincare products 4. Environmental issues 5. Your diet and exercise habits 6. Hormonal imbalance 7. Your skin is still detoxing and you will continue to break out until your skin is clear of impurities, etc 8. Your skin may need the AC spot solution applied after the evening set to help with the breakouts 9. Mixing too many products from other companies with Atomy products. Everyone’s technology used in products is going to be different from Atomy. I’m not a doctor or a skincare specialist but I have come across these types of issues when someone is using Atomy for the first time. Sometimes depending on the situation, what has helped some is to stop using everything especially products from other companies and start back at basics and create good habits with the evening care set and using something like the Derma Real Cica set, which is good for acne prone and sensitive skin. Otherwise the Fame is another good starter set. Not sure if any of this was helpful but please let me know if you need more help. ☺️

When you pressed down, did anything break with liquid going down into the bottle? It’s strange if it did and it didn’t change colour. A common issue is too that people don’t realize how hard they have to press down on the bottle to release the ingredients and sometimes don’t press hard enough. It doesn’t sound right to me if you did in fact press down hard enough and nothing really happened so I would see if you can contact your head office where you are and ask them for assistance. Maybe show some photos or video of the bottle and how it’s open but it didn’t work. You should be able to get a replacement if there’s a problem like that or ask the person that purchased it for you to see what they think and if they can help you with this

For floors, I don’t use any isopropyl alcohol in it as I don’t know if it would damage my floors. I usually only mix in a bit of ATOMY dish soap into water and use that solution for the floors. I usually make it a bit stronger than all purpose spray. Just enough soap that it cleans but doesn’t need to be rinsed. If you use too much soap and you don’t rinse, the floors can be a safety hazard if they accidentally got wet. Just keep that in mind or you can clean your floors again with just water to remove the excess soap if you’re worried about using too much soap.

I don’t see why not but just keep in mind, it doesn’t really have any moisturizing properties in it so it can potentially dry your hands out if you used it mainly as a hand sanitizer. I like using aloe gel in place of water when I’m making hand sanitizer. It helps to moisturize my hands.

Yes totally. Whatever works for you. I like replacing my patches so it’s easier on the outside.

I would think it’s okay as usually the filling is permanent and pain/aches should be gone or almost gone by the next day. Not sure what kind of filling you got but I have fillings, but not recent and I use this without any issues. I’m not sure if that answers your question or if you meant something else in your question.

Many people including myself had sensitive skin before. We were able to use this without any issues. It actually helped our skin get better instead by clearing it out, closing pores and firm our skin. Now we don't have sensitive skin anymore when we use this evening set + skincare from Atomy.
