It's the perfect pitch for dhrupad music,( d#) otherwise melody doesn't come . Nasir moinuddin ji and also zia fariduddin ji in dagar gharana in bishnupur pt gopeswar Babu ganendra Prasad goshami they use to sing dhrupad in E scale Now a day's it's become c ,c# what is this after 60 years one can do such things.Even Yong boys full of energy they also choose c,c# what is this ? Nirmalya ji thank you for such performance. Sami vivakananda always like to sing in hing pitch (utcha grama )
