Thanks! When i turned it clockwise to move the frame side up, i thought it reached the max height because the screw won’t move further and i still needed adjustment. You said the door needed to be lifted to remove weight on it and it helped me screw it a few more turns. 😂

I hate these windows, and I agree it's an odd thing to hate, but when buying houses, Jeld-Wen windows are a deal breaker for me. The amount of frustration they've caused me is ridiculous.

Where do you buy the tracks? I have a patio door like this but no tracks for a screen door. I seen you used two different sizes as well. Would I need 2 different sizes

What brand is the Awning Operator? Where can I purchase the awning operator? I have the exact same vinyl awning window and operator, but the arms rust and need to be replaced. I bought the rail track and pivot shoes, but I am having problem for finding the correct awning operator. Jeld-Wen sent me an awning operator, but the two arms scratch the bottom edge of the window and prevent the window from fully closing. There are Maxim Awning Operator and Encore Awning Operator. Which one should I get? What brand of Awning Operator did Jeld-Wen use 10 or 15 years ago? My Jeld-Wen awning window attaches on top of another big Jeld-Wen slide window. They are is about 10 years old. Jeld-Wen seems helpfull, but not 100%.

This was a good video, much better than the written instructions BUT! You should not tap in the two pins that have springs! I did and both of them the springs no longer worked because the pins went through the bottom of the plastic pin holders. You should change your video to express how important "gentle" tapping is. I have found that putting pliers around the post where the spring is so you are just tapping the plastic holder into the pre drilled hole. The springs work well doing it this way. Thx

After tornado contractor put jenweld windows in. Hate them, glue all over that can't be remover. Hard to clean. Plus because contractor bought them, I can't even get any satisfaction from factory.

Appreciate the video as there were no directions w/ patio door I purchased. Used a long flat head screwdriver to lift the door from the bottom and then turned the adjustment screws with a phillips since I did not have a spare body to hold the door up.

Absolutely no mention of installation of either the pivot wheel or the guide wheel, nor buffer spring between the two doors - you should shoot this video again because these are very important actions in either initial installation of doors or repairing existing doors.

Help, please! I bought the 24 x 80 bifold door, but after I tried to install it realized that the width of the frame is only 23 1/2 inches wide. Is it possible to somehow still be able to install the same 24 X 80 door into that space? (23 1/2 Inches.)
