This is how some of my ancestors. North Ireland family, wouldn’t pledge to a new king. Imprisoned, signed a contract to work in a Virginia colony. Made it through, got some land. Then he worked on bringing some family over gg

I believe it was. After what the king said, I would say yes the doctor killed the king. I have the same problem as you about my skin.

Witch burning fueled by “ Why , Everyone Knows …” style of education . Education would have seriously curtailed anything such as this which is why protecting education now is a paramount . Group think is on the rise at the same time as anti intellectualism

One of the best films of the 80s was about Ruth Ellis- Dancing with a Stranger. A truly great performance by one of the best actresses in UK cinema. Miranda Richardson

She should be excluded. She sounds awful. But i like how fast women are spun today to be heroes.

I do not think Ruth Ellis deserved to be hanged, she had such a dreadful start in life.

As one that have gone through a bad and scary marriage, I have been told to carry a weapon to protect myself from a man I had married. That was years ago. I am now in a better place, safe and happy.

The Queen was notorious for never letting the world know the true feelings of her family. It was none of our business. She was of the old school monarchy.

The death penalty has a place, just not for her. First of all, studies have shown the severity of the punishment doesn’t deter crime, but the certainty of it. Considering the number of cold cases, the likelihood of crime is related to the amount of ppl getting away with it. That being said, the death penalty has a place in society, just not for her. Let’s start with her abusive father. Is there any redeemable reason that PDF files should have a chance to re-enter society. Such cases need meticulous scrutiny. If you’re here you’ve probably heard your fair share of true crime, we can agree there’s more than a few ppl that the world is better off without

All of us only get one chance at life, just one. Some of us don’t get much of a chance do they. It’s a bit heartbreaking to realise that some lives are just a few months or years of misery and pain. An entire life never knowing one single look of love, one warm touch, one soft word.

Oh, but you are so wrong. 'Tis 2 year this August the 1st that our glorious NHS gave me Covid as an outpatient and a year since a 2-day stretch in hospital they gave me Cystitis which I still have. All help has been stopped, and the same old antibiotics used yet again have failed. I am 78 and have a litre jug to pee in by my bed, 10-20 times a day, I gave up counting. This is the first time in my 78 years I have needed help. My aorta is 68mm, my small intestine looks like a chipolata. I never thought I would end my days praying for Jack Ketch. I jest not, but my old dragon won't get the insurance if I top myself. I wish this was a joke but .............

I saw this story covered on Discovery’s A Crime To Remember (a great series). Speck was a psychopath who fully indulged his deranged whims in various ways in prison. RIP young nurses. 😢 And peace to courageous Corazon who lives with the memories. ❤️

I remember Greyfriars's Bobby. Read about him as a child (now 77) and saw the film with Andrew Cruickshank of Dr Finlay fame) on my local cinema. So lovely. I've also visited the monument when visiting Scotland. Beautiful and touching! 😪😌 👌❤️🙏🏻
