This is the the kind of stuff that makes many corporate training days unbearably cringe. It is new age word salad packaged for the work environment. It relies on vague neologisms and pseudoscientific woo to validate it's own existence. But hey, HR people seem to really love spending money on these courses. I really dont't get why people fall for this grift. Or maybe I just didn't 4d map my prescensing colors the right way...
