I turned this off within the first minute. Anyone who still claims to count calories is way behind the research. It doesn't raise cholesterol because it is a healthy fat. Go on further and tell me that avocado and olives are bad for the heart and make you gain weight. Horrible lies here

ok Animal nutrition ONLY then nature gave us that as primary form of nutrition ...the proof is that animal nutrition is 100% bioavailable to our body, and plants are not and are more for remedy/medicine. plants can be the cure and the poison. better not to mess with nutrition that can't be absorbed well and fully, its not bioavailable, needs to be converted and in most cases very poorly so, and when you do get a form of that nutrient it is not complete profile and of wrong type ...AND ALSO better not to mess with the Antinutrients in plants . I would say K2 to take off the calcium from ligaments and put it back into bones and teeth, raw cheese is the best for that, and collagen and eating soft tissues and Organs as "supplements", you literally eat things you want to repair that's how natire works but also I would add deep tissue massage And joint hanging, to let liquids through, and also about the massage, the whole purpose is to push blood through scar tissue where it doesn't run through properly, and make that oxygen go to the interested area and the nutrients, and help break/ release that Scar tissue as well and move the toxins away of the area where blood doesn't flow well ( if your injuries or inflammation is around an area where there is joints and tendons, blood flow is heavily reduced) , you need to literally push the blood up and down the upper side of the leg downward, pushing it thru the knee And then back up with both hands to help the flow, (if the knee was the problem for example). also a combination of hot and cold in the same shower helps with blood in an out ...from nternal organs ...( cold) And back out to the outer surface of skin ( hot) an extended time of fasting really doesn't do any harm if anything it helps the body regenerate all tissues, repair and discard and replace So ...right bioavailable nutrition, fasting, stop the antinutrients, and help blood mechanically through massage, and keep things moving , Especially the tissues where Scar tissue are formed Chicken bone broth ( slow cooked home-made) and bone marrow and beef liver and ricotta cheese ( precursor to glutathaion l) and raw emmental or any mature raw cheese) ❤️

During these summer months I take advantage of how hot my garage gets by doing cardio and lifting weights almost immediately upon entering the garage I start sweating by the time I’m done sometimes 30 mins other times a couple of hours the floor a good portion is covered in my sweat. I chug a bottle of water every five mins . Thank you for this video

I'm a little confused about the alcohol and olive oil combination part. He said that "excessive _OLIVE OIL_ can cause brain damage and headache the next day... dehydration of the body..."? Then later on, he goes on to say that _"8 TABLESPOONS"_ of olive oil per day is recommended😂🤔? Think I'll have to watch other _Olive Oil Benefits_ videos for a 'second opinion'. Excessive salt intake can be harmful. Personally I think 1500 mg daily is more than enough for a healthy person. So eat packaged food, it’s the worst thing you can do.
