This is my fav video so far!!! Loved the time-lapse on the planer... lol'ed at the board landing "glue side up at least"! Excited for the conclusion, what a huge project!

Disappointing it wasn't, like, a disco ball but a fascinating concept!! I had no idea some woods did that!! Try again sometime!

That really did turn out beautiful. Like that you share a mistake if you make one. There are a lot of perfection from other makers on YT. Excellent video!

I could not be trusted with the moisture-meter! Seriously though, talk about dedication to your craft-- it is CRAZY that you've got these bowls at a minimum one year in the making before they can be finished!!!

I'd dedicate a drawer to the tools, it has to take time rifling through the bucket for the right one all of the time

I travel sometimes and turn at other shops, the bucket method works great when I need to move the tools. Although, storing some of the commonly used tools to a drawer is a good idea!

Beautiful work!! Walnut is my favorite wood by far but how you laminated it between light/dark took it to the next level!!

I am currently setting up a wood shop in my 2 car garage, about 22 by 24. I was concerned that it wouldn’t be enough but seing how you managed to organize yours, I can see that it will be more than enough! Plus on subs!

My one recommendation is put everything you can on wheels. That way you can slide stuff around if/when you need to pull a car in the garage. Also wheels help you re-arrange the shop when your needs change.

Nice to see a shop just starting out instead of all the usual KZfaq videos with their massive workspaces and expensive tools. Everyone of us would love a bigger workspace, but any workspace is better than none! Looking forward to seeing what you create in the future. I've subscribed, hope you get plenty more too, best of luck 👍
