Cornbread Jr. here. Hey Chuck! Hey Mr. Ramsey. I grew up at Lee Wood so i'm that one % you mentioned. Remember the Sip & Slurp Saloon? Early 80's was nice time in East Bank. Outside Inn, Steam Engine, Chuck Yeager fly by's Somebody would fly low thru East Bank and wave at everybody and sometimes break the speed barrier. East Bank is unique. Cornbread lives there. hahaha

You can tell this is made in West Virginia: 0:45 There are two 'R's in Library. It is not pronounced "Lie-berry." 12:45 Mary Lincoln was very formally educated and never would have used the slang "drug" instead of "dragged"

LOL, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!

My caving buddies explored Caas Cave, underneath the mountain this railroad traverses. We had to take the rail tour after we explored the cave. You see the black smoke blasting out of the train engine? It pelts you as you ride along! Tiny, hot pellets hit your face and arms. It's the real experience of coal fired engines! I never realized that diesel doesn't work as a fuel for the engines due to the steep grade of the track! Great video.

Not surprising the commissioners are cronies, "in crowd", appointees rather than representatives from the working class. As the old judge says, their job is to also " keep the utility companies' strong", i.e., protect the monopoly millionaires.

A few errors in the performers thorough research: Anderson was NOT the only one to survive the attack on Harpers Ferry. Shadd didn't begin the Provential Freedman until the 1850s in Chatham and Anderson doesn't join the paper until then not in PN, and Anderson eventually writes for the paper. There is a notable attempt in Chatham to kidnap a boy and enslave him 10 days after the famous Wellington Oberlin rescue. Osawatomie wasn't a raid it was a battle, and it was where Brown and his sons had there KS homestead. Also Anderson should have shared his experience as one of the raiders who took Washington's grandnephew hostage.

The other survivors did not go on the raid. They were left at the farm guarding supplies. Anderson was the only one of the raiders to survive..

He was the only Black man to survive and escape the attack on Harper's Ferry. And he says that in his book, A VOICE FROM HARPER'S FERRY. In addition, although somewhat removed, Mr. Anderson also served in the 13th Colored Infantry during the Civil War. He was very brave and determined man.

I love this show, it inspires me greatly. I personally met Captain McCormick and know his history as both a soldier and veteran's advocate. Captain McCormick is a highly decorated soldier with a Silver Star and many other accolades, he was also awarded a Jefferson Award and the Medal of Honor Society Citizens service medal for his work with veterans in Agriculture. This is where I met the good Captain over 14 years ago, I was homeless and ready to give up on life until I met James and went to Raising Cane Farms in Mason County, West Virginia where I along with other veterans learned a great deal about farming and more importantly, we learned about trusting and rebuilding our lives. He took me in and helped me find both a home and a career in bee keeping and recently I started a consulting business and have started helping other veterans myself. Had it not been for Captain McCormick you can sure believe I would not be here today.
