Hello, I would like my device not to make system noises when you start a new conversation like "pure" or "universal" or when I am on duolingo at the beginning of each question makes a noise that does not let you hear because it is on top of the speech. Thank you

Why no any audiologist explains that in order M&RIE to work better in more noisy outdoor environment the audiologist need in person or remotely to turn on M&RIE settings for exclusive outdoor work?

An important detail is missed in this Resound M&RIE receivers. The audiologist should turn on these receivers in person or remotely in order M&RIE to work exclusively in more noisy outdoor environment. Why nobody even recommended audiologist using the best practices?

Ben, new sub. Great info. I just ordered a pair of MD Hearing. I am 70 yr old, with no medical or physical issues, still working every day. In good shape. I have been avoiding using hearing aids, but...... it really is necessary. Now, your info gave me more idea what I am doing, and I am more comfortable with using them. Thank you.

Never again. The product did not perform as described. No remote and no Marie. Too expensive to experiment with in my opinion.

I have to disagree with your noting that replaceable batteries are a con over the rechargeable units.... The expected HA "lifetime" of a replaceable battery unit is basically determined my the users care of the aid, keeping dry, not dropping, etc. The expected "lifetime" of a rechargeable aid is that of the battery itself which is 500-700 charging cycles or so. That means when the rechargeable battery dies within two years, the ENTIRE aid is basically JUNK. The manufactures cost of a rechargeable battery - in bulk - is less than ONE DOLLAR each and by making this not replaceable, it is the very best illustration of PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE - EVER.... Give me control over having the ability to install a FRESH battery every 12 to 14 days or so is a beautiful option and with the cost of 60 size 312 batteries at about 20 bucks, a "power cost" of only 20 dollars for 30 to 45 weeks of use.... (My Boost HA would get 12 to 14 days from each 312 battery), SO, do your own research on rechargeable battery life and you will definitely come to the same conclusion....

I've used the Widex Moment for about 8 months and am very happy with it. I have one question: How do I open the battery compartment? I recently purchased a UV Sanitizer/Dryer whose instructions say to open the battery door of the hearing aids before putting in the sanitizer.

You know when you put in a Bluetooth headphones…and it sounds different than when you don’t wear them to listen to something…it’s the same thing (you using basically second hand sand sound) for example when my Mom first got her hearing aids she cried and said “I can hear the words you are saying, but I can’t hear your beautiful voice, it sounds like an intercom system at an inside voice” (she’s a retired school teacher)

I have the Audicus hearing aid for at least a couple years like the one you showed. I even sent in with a audiogram from a audiologist. There was mild to moderate hearing loss. At 1000Hz, there was 55 Db drop the rest of the frequencies, both high and low were at 45 Db loss range. The audiologist at Audicus was supposed to programmed the unit based on the hearing test. I have trouble hearing the children and female voices ( too high pitched and lack of adequate base. I compare the voice quality to the iPhone wired earpiece. The latter was near perfect. Lately I bought a pair of iPhone AirPod Pro and used them as hearing aids. They work nearly the same as the Audicus but they do and amplified the background noises in an annoying way. If one has a iPhone, the EarPod Pro is much less expensive. I support Audicus ‘s intentions to make hearing aid affordable. Sir! If you are not working for Audicus exclusively you might want to evaluate other competitor. I am a retired physician, I speak from my own experience.” Thank for the opportunity to make this comment.

Thanks for the video, very informative. I am deaf in my right ear from birth and moderate to severe loss in the higher frequencies in my left ear as of a few months ago from SSHL. I sent my audiology test results to Audicus and they recommended these hearing aids set up as a bicross solution, which is exactly what my local audiologist recommended. They are the only OTC hearing aids I've found that have bicros available. The total cost of these was around 1700 versus around 5700 for the hearing aids my audiologist recommends. I'm going to try both and return the one of the two based on cost vs performance.

Hi the only thing I wish they would do with the white X is make it so that you could answer the phone without touching the phone that was a disappointment because I was hoping to get a set that I could utilize without picking up the phone itself I ride a bike sickle and is it dangerous to answer a phone when you are writing have to put the mic at a dead stop pick up the phone and answer it which I really don't like doing I hope the next Widex moment well have that capability because right now it's disappointing
