@@KAKASHI-HT67 for materials you can clear hero stage normal stage for medals clear elite stage. Click on heros click on gears or material that equipped to your hero and the clean hand symbol and select stages and click on 10 times. So with that you can get all material ls based on hero and stages. Use same steps for medals. All you need to do clear the hero stages once. After that you don't need to clear hero stages manually for materials. And for lv.. up if you're talking about player lv i made "lv 59 to lv60". That's the most useful and best way . If you're taking about hero lv and you can use hero exp consumable items. Click on hero and select lv and then + symbol I think..after that you can use those items for lv up. Or you can simply access your bag and use those consumable items to lv up

Of course he is good. But it depends on challenges or enemies. For example he is not that good for Colosseum battle. But you can build and add him to your team. When the time comes you can use his long range attacks

You can upgrade their level by clearing hero stages daily....with that level and skills can be upgraded to a higher level. "use brave hearts"

You are asking how I got rose knight right? When I started this game..I got rose knight for free or may be I got her for less than a dollar. I thought rose knight was a premium hero but she is not. You can get her medals by clearing chapter 6 elite "You can replace her with child of light"
