〜水晶鶏〜 ①鶏胸肉1枚をそぎ切りして、塩をふったあと片栗粉をまぶす(火が通りやすいように8mm程度の薄めに切る) ②沸騰したお湯に鶏胸肉を入れて弱火で3分茹でる ③3分経ったら氷水に入れて冷やす 〜香味ダレとレンジの蒸しなす〜 ①茄子をラップに包んで600wで3分加熱 ②トマト角切り、砂糖小さじ2、醤油大さじ2、お酢大さじ1、ごま油大さじ1、にんにく・生姜すりおろし、冷凍小口ネギ(みじん切りした白ネギや細かく切ったニラでも美味しいです) ③レンジした茄子をラップごとお水に浸す ④茄子を手でさいて、香味ダレに浸す 水晶鶏に蒸し茄子入り香味ダレをかけて完成です✨ ~ Crystal Chicken ~ ① Slice one chicken breast, sprinkle with salt, and coat with potato starch (cut into thin slices of about 8mm so that it cooks easily) ② Put the chicken breast in boiling water and boil for 3 minutes on low heat ③ After 3 minutes, place in ice water to cool ~ Steamed eggplant in aromatic sauce and microwave ~ ① Wrap the eggplant in plastic wrap and heat for 3 minutes at 600w ② Diced tomatoes, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, grated garlic and ginger, frozen chopped green onions (finely chopped white onions or finely chopped chives are also delicious) ③ Soak the microwaved eggplant with the plastic wrap in water ④ Tear the eggplant with your hands and soak it in aromatic sauce Pour the aromatic sauce with steamed eggplant over the crystal chicken and it's done✨
