After 5 full campaign of the squire full reset, my playgroup agreed to do monster reset instead. It's a cool concept but the setup teardown with every wipe is too much. Maybe when it reach the Sim I might do it again

Do what makes you happy dude. Life is short and hard just like in KDM! I liked watching your old campaign style where you recorded a Lantern Year and edited it. I can’t imagine streaming live, and recording and editing a Lantern Year, and doing squire campaign too! I think you’ll have to quit work to do all that!!

Much as I love KDM, I am in the middle of a break myself. Doing a campaign of Frosthaven with my group right now. Fun game if anyone else needs a break! 😁 Do whatever man, do more KDM, do Oathsworn, do anything. Just be happy doing it. I know I will try and watch if you go back to doing KDSim streams!

Best part of these update for me, EU warehouse having whiteboxes I been wanting a nice whitebox mini for long time, but that extra fee for getting US to EU/DK(22$ handling fee from postalservice and 38% tax/import fee, so 100usd would instantly go to 160usd). But thanks to this i could pick up zelda, elspeth, willow and Squire Death Dice without having to worry about the fee. That and my new laptop making easier to use scribe, made me even start a new latern campaign (adding scout and characters). So i watched this video after fresh prologue lion kill :p Also, i love watching good games getting played. So if they are interresting i will without doubt watch stuff. be it long campaign game or smaller "ones and done" type. (Still had hard time find a good 1,2 middara series, to hold me over to i start my own campaign from start with all extra stuff from next kickstarter delivering)

Is the core Kingdom Death box generally available at GenCon, and if so is it usually the full price? I plan on getting over there early on Thursday to finally get a copy.

Hey so I have the core 1.5 box with the upgrade pack to 1.6 Is that a different scale than the gamblers chest and the other expansions? I have gorm, sun stalker, lion knight, dragon king, dung beetle knight, and all 5 series of pinups of death. I haven’t opened any of the expansions yet. Are they a different size as well??

I hope the Disciples of the Witch short campaign from the Abyssal Woods expansion is still planned too, because he didn't mention it when talking about the short campaigns either.

I have 3D terrain that sits on top of the token and covers it. When the monster is about to step on the Tall grass - remove the model, reveal the token. Takes 1 second, doesn't affect the gameplay, looks very cool otherwise.

At 23:25 i belive you misscounted the knock backs the initial knockback would be 4 When it hits the next status 2 remain. + 4 = 6 when it hits the next status 3 remain + 4 = 7. the survivorswould stop its movement on some pots 1 space away from the edge.

Interesting that you found the plastic board not durable. Perhaps I havent got my hands on a better terrain piece. I have some GW and they seem to be similar quality

Amazing Video! I love the camera angles, the short rule explanations and the editing. It feels so simple, can´t wait for the next video. Last time i played KDM is 2+ years ago and i was a little afraid to go back because of the crazy amount of the rules you have to keep track (and the translation as a non-nativ speaker). I made two mistakes. 1. The gear Telcric Eye Tac I talk about is not the updated version, because I do not have the updated version. That version will be included in the next card pack. It does not change how you can use it with this gear. The new version allows you to reroll, and you could do that to get body hits. 2. The Body is on two sides of the dice, but the Arms have two ways of being manipulated to be hit.

Have you done an opinion on beta rules content? White boxes with content are expensive but at least they are official rules. I just can’t pull the trigger for beta rules. With all these purchasing being FOMO driven, this was an easy cut for me.

Thanks for the quick update! I thought the body hit location was two of the six die faces, not arms. If it is two of the six, it is slightly more beneficial.

Quick question regarding frog kick. When it says Spend movement and activation to attack, doesn’t that mean you use both your movement and your activation together to do this one attack. With that in mind, this28@@ be hard to pull off as frogdog is constantly moving. You need it to end next to you. It will happen, but my point is, to level this up to lvl3 should take a long while I would think.
