I haven't used nunchucks in abt 5 yrs ab I started getting into it a couple days ago first with spinning the nunchucks into underhand back to overhand then I learned 2 Bruce Lee combos yesterday and some flowy moves now I learned these and I actually got em in not that long thank you😭🙏

Still not fast it just learned but I don't flip I just go into overhand then go back to underhand but instead I toss the overhand from my left as it rolling over the back of my left hand into my right hand catching it into underhand then going into overhand and catching it into my armpit

Just learned this without the flip all I did was go into the over hand on my left hand then act as if ima go into underhand on my left hand again but instead I toss to my right hand an catch in it underhand then go into over hand an finish it but tucking it into my armpit

Hi! I'm your newest subscriber. I currently use a pair of g force 3 link nunchuks. I'm not in any classes, but this was my weapon of choice back in the day (20 years ago).
