Hey dude, great to see you doing some phys. I hope I can give you some advice for push ups that will help. If you want to use your board the wider will work more chest (and be easier) the medium will work more triceps. The super narrow one you tried first I wouldn't bother with, it seems odd they added that. With all forms of fitness "progressive overload" is the goal, this just means being able to push yourself further each time you work out (although some days you won't and that is fine). For push ups, start by doing them from your knees, put a pillow under them to stop the pain. Make sure to get a full range of motion in, your upper arms should be parallel to the ground at the bottom of the rep and then straight at the top of the rep. Once you can do 10-12 of these on your knees you van progress to doing them with your legs straight. I would recommend doing sers of 10-20 reps 3 times every other day with at least 2min of rest between each set. You could also add im other expersiess to you routine to get a full body workout. Something like the below would be goo to try. But go steady to start with, it will be hard for the first few weeks. 2-3 times per week making sure to take atleast one days rest between each work out do the below. 3x10-20 Push ups 3x10 Squats 3x10-20 crunches 3x1-10 pull ups (you can use bands to assist if needed) Just five it a go as a starter, eventually it would be great to see you get in a gym 😄

I normally do not have that much. I have a protein drink for lunch, then half a bottle of sugar free tea. Water after that until dinner. I have a 20 ounce cup of sugar free tea. Then I finish the bottle I had left. After that it's water. haha I think, it may have been the new protein drink I got. Powder. But it was mocha. I don't know if I will drink any more of that. Also, I have been outside planting stuff. Allergies always bother me. Not as much since I have lost weight. haha

I thought about this. I decided to have a conversation with the shirt. So, I put it in a chair and sat on the other side. I talked for about an hour to it. After all the talking I did, the only response I got from the shirt was "there is no shirt only zuul." So, I am going to have that looked into.

Up to a specific amount. When and if you get to the second level, you get more. But getting there seems nearly impossible for me. haha The amount of reviews I would have to do, would be so many, that the taxes I would be required to pay for the amounts I spent would be high.

haha I stopped playing this now. I deleted it from my PS5. I mean, days and days, followed by days and days of the same stuff only to die and do it again and again, just got old to me. I also deleted Deathloop. I started playing the Final Fantasy 7 remake. I love that. My friend and I payed the original in the late 90s. He moved and I kind of stopped playing games on the original system. Never finished the game. I am excited to be playing it now.

Facts are fun things to study. For some damn reason I still want one. It's like, the Marine has been at war for twenty years and when he gets back home, all he wants is some sweet loving from a woman. But after looking for months he cannot find one. Not one woman. Wondering if you accidentally deleted something to do with or attached to your network settings... There has been videos out there expossing hard drive usage | space issue on macs. Another strange thing, how long does it take to calculate how much space is being used for each application or program, that should be instant, unless I misunderstood something or do macs combine dard drive and icoud storage some how?

I ran cleanmymacx. I wondered is it deleted something also. But it made no sense. It was showing I was on the net. I just could not use it. As for the length of time it takes, it used to happen right away. I mean, showing the space. Now it takes a long time. I don't get it. It seems though that iCloud is getting bigger. It is like for some reason, iCloud is taking all the space. Though, it is not showing it right away. Not until I turned iCloud off, did it show I had over a tb free. Now, I just looked, it is showing I have 1.03tb free. Sometime is all crazy. It was 10 some gigs, then 90, then 1.5tb, 900 something gigs, 800 something gigs, 900 gigs and now 1.03tb. I don't know enough about Macs to understand. Apple just said 6. some gigs. Then 450 then jumped to 464. haha It is very strange.

I did not know that. When I got my Mac Studio, I set to pay yearly. So in the end, I will probably pay more than $499. I just didn't realize it was that much. I still want one. But I do not like getting that much money from my account at once. If my mom lets me put it on her card I will get it. I set it up today, I like running numbers. haha I could pay in two, three or four payments. Four would be less than $1000 at a time. So say I did that and were to pay every three months. It would be like $300 or so a month. Four months would be even better. I mean, four payments, one every four months. I like just paying for things. I say, why drag it out. But that is a lot of money for a thing in which I am not totally sure of what to do with. haha
