I finished my first Spartan in Vietnam 5 days ago. It had so much fun. I got stuck in the 3 Hurdles. It took me more than 10 mins to get over them and I got hurt so much ahaha. Thank you for sharing your video and your fitness journey. Spartan BEAST looks fun and more challenging.

I did the sprint on Sat and the Super on Sunday. The bag carry under the barbwire is definately the hardest. cannot move forward and keep sliding back down hill... Well done getting the Beast done, looking forward to mine in August

@johncmwu the technique for it is definitely to roll with it. I did it on all three races and it was the most effective and fastest way to get out of it haha ! Massive good look on your August beast 💪 you'll have a blast 😀

I'm 42 before that and just done the Sprint this weekend. Looking at trifecta again next year, if I can afford it. Bit of training and you'll be set.

Ah no worries ☺️ glad you found it useful! Naturally it does change most years but a lot of the main obstacles such as the cargo climb , monkey bars and rope climb are a regular staple ! Best of luck for 2024 💪💪 Arooo !

Great video. Shows off quite a bit of the brutality of the course. I was one of those stupid enough to do this both ways in the Ultra version - quite slowly though ! There are other bits of the Cornish coast path which are proper runnable - it's not all like this !

My first Wolf Run.... won't be my last, such an awesome time. I remember going past the chap in the sparkly dress playing music. Must have been close to you Zoe. We ran at 11am. Maybe see you at the next one.😁👍

ended up on the 1:15 run and this was my first spartan race, and the sun was brutal specially around those wheat fields. i ended up having trouble 2/3rds way in , with legs and dehydration but well done to finishing the race and getting your medal :D

can you skip the jump into water if you are a non swimmer?

Yes absolutely 😊 if your not a swimmer or just don't fancy the jump there is a way to circle back over the rocks

Ahh Brill mate you'll love it its challenging but a great experience! Me and my two friends just took out time I belive we were just of the five hour mark but I belive the standard average is between 3-4 hours depending on ability. I'd love to give it another go to see how fast I can do it! Maybe next time 😎
