You can't get approved for apartment with 20 a hour.... they want two years tax returns and you have to make a minimum of 80,000 to get approved for a 1200 dollar apartment. Wow. Did you account for maintenance of the property? Better have some money in an emergency fund if the water heater goes or you need to do a major repair. Who is screening your tenants? How are you setting up your leases? Do know the laws in your area regarding landlord and tenant relationships?
