Why do you give details of the area you are in. You shouldn't really do that, yes give details of the products and services you provide but its really uncomfortable to think if you come to my house to do work you could post a video of my property and the area it's in. Not good.

How do you get the door open again from the outside?
@brisantultion8658 Жыл бұрын
From the outside you would need a locksmith to help you. But from the inside the lock still works normally so you can secure the house and exit as you wish.

Can't find what I need so have to ask....do you turn your lock all the way to the right in order to 2nd bolt the square shaped latch when you leave your house ?? Mine just does one simple turn to the left...when I try all the way to the right nothing happens...but surely its not designed that way? As in someone can reach in the letterbox and open handle if the second bolt doesn't work ? But I'm wondering does it even have that function
@biotechno100 Жыл бұрын
Hi mate My lock just turns left to open door (top latch)...turning it to the right all the way should bolt the bottom latch shouldn't it ? Mine doesn't....so basically someone can reach in the letterbox and open the handle ?? Surely it is meant to bolt if y9u leave for the day ??

Even lock picking lawyer understands that once the lock is good enough at pick resistance, it doesn't matter anymore. The problem would be the rack attacks and way too easy locks to be picked

I think the experienced lock picker seen on this video hasn't enough experience (he does weird things IMO, as using 2 tension tools at the same time), but he seems to have also a big lack of self-confidence... or Parkinson maybe (I mean, look at those trembling hands, please, and then tell me that anybody really think that he's a fast dimple locks picker... no way).

Is lock supposed to be flush on both sides. On your video it protrudes slightly on outside. But is flush on inside. We are trying to measure the lock cylinder length to buy now we have the handles and don't know if we should have it flush or not? Can you advise please
@triplevxd Жыл бұрын
Lock should as flush as possible on the outside, (protuding no more than about 3mm)
@cranswil Жыл бұрын
@@triplevxd funny thing was we ended up buying to go 3mm in one side and by chance lock came 2mm longer on that size than the measurement! We got lucky! They must have given 47 50 instead of 45 50!

But they're more expensive than competitor products which are just as snap resistant but also better at pick resistance e.g. ERA fortress.

The lock picking lawyer picked this in under a minute whereas the ERA fortress kept him busy for 3 minutes with specialist tools. I hope Ultion up their game to take their crown back.
