In hindsight, yes that is a reference to Hatsune Miku Llevan Polkka. However, at the time of research, I based it off the original Reimu on X, which had some other memes included within it. Fun Fact: Did you know the leek is actually from the anime Bleach. The original Llevan Polkka was a GIF of Orihime from Bleach spinning a leek mashed together with the song. It can be search as Leek Spin. In 2007, Hatsune did a cover of the song and had the leek. The rest is history.

It is with a heavy heart to bring this news. Recently found out that Alex the Honking Bird, featured in this video, has passed away. Alex was always a delight to see, bringing me to a smile with is honks. I am going to miss that little bird who has touched so many around the world. @@Dragonrider1227 Alex the Honking Cockatiel was a celebrity of the KZfaq Pet Channel. He will be missed but his son, Dominic, seems to be doing ok... Alex had his honks, Dominic has his screms... Worth checking their channel.
