There are glass bottom boats that tour the lake. Divers are an attraction. So it's a safety measure for divers to be seen by the boat captains and guests. We were diving sidemount configuration and you only need it on 1 tank

It's House of Kolor, Blue Grey. It was discontinued and my bike builder bought the remaining paint they had lol
