I had a CD back in approx 1996 called The Ultimate Dream Mix Vol 3. This track was on it, and i found it again here on YT, now almost 30 years later. There is something so haunting with that "broken flute" sound, and i absolutely love it.

I don't think new generations have experienced music in the same way we did pre internet. 88-92 were so creative and new. I still love listening to modern techno but so many tunes could have been made in the 90s. There was a real evolution from 88-96.
