I’m gonna save you a lot of time : Got any skin issue you can’t resolve ? IBS ? Any sign of gut being the root of your issue ? Go on a lion diet and include liver once a week to get Vitamin B9 and help create acid to properly break down the meat, and add a portion of fruits to your every meal.

Non-alcoholic beverages that are still basically fermented are probably bad too. I'd agree blueberries are good, but careful for people with salicylate intolerance too. Audience note not all people with HI have salicylate intolerance. Grapes, broccoli, and cauliflower seem to have a little bit of histamine but probably more salicylate than anything. I'd recommend against olive oil persoanlly, as still has histamine. I used it for a while and felt much better after stopping. For allergic reaction to olives, oil is fine for the most part because of what is no longer in the oil once it's pressed, but for histamine it's still there in my experience. Coconut also has histamine and so does its by-products but probably not as much as raw/pure coconut in ingredient lists, so oil and water from it are probably alright/lower histamine but not great IME. Kiwi fruit is another high histamine, same w/ plums, passionfruit, fresh fig, manga a little bit, mushrooms, seaweed/algae, egg whites, milk a little bit, etc. For oil I'd go with canola, as it's low in histamine (and salicylate I think/hope) and has an okay omega 3 to omega 6 ratio. Omega 3 is good and especially for HI. I'd recommend, some being mentioned on this channel, C, D3, Omega 3, definitely, and probably magnesium, idk. Also some people that have HI also have MCAS and hypermobility, specifically Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (hypermobile type), and that often comes with POTS. Look for signs of hypermobility if you have HI, and especially if you have it and also Salicylate Intolerance.

Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS)(a type of hypermobility) often comes with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and that itself often comes with Histamine Intolerance, sometimes Salicylate Intolerance, and, oxalate overloading I think. The most common form of EDS is called 'hypermobile EDS' or hEDS. Another thing it often comes with is POTS and most people with EDS and MCAS or HI have POTS. And histamine etc. symptomology can be different because of amplification of the effects of things like vasodilation or sympathetic nervous system dominance that happen to come with POTS. - Anyone out there with HI should see if they have hypermobility of any type. Do you have long fingers relative to your height and palm area, long thin limbs, thin wrists of which you might be able to touch your pinky to your thumb or even cover the nail of the pinky, tall height, can pull your fingers back behind 90º backwards or close to that, cracking joints, soreness especially at joints and ligaments and tendons, stiff muscles, loose joints, etc.

I have peas growing in my garden right now. So I'm guessing the leaves will be fine to eat. I will definitely grow more. Right now, I'm drinking stinging nettle tea every night. Plus, I cleaned up my diet. I have the MTHFR gene, both copies. My body does not get rid of toxins, so gut issues are a huge problem. Thank you for this video. Most of my symptoms are gone, but I am still left with inflammation, so not completely. I am doing an all-out investigation.

Extremely knowledgeable and very well spoken. Other professionals that I’ve seen didn’t even come close to explaining the overall of histamine allergies. If you are suffering from h pylori get mastic gum in pill form. Take it every morning on an empty stomach 1000mg. Do this for 3 full months. Even after you feel better. It will eradicate the h. Pylori.

Hi doctor. Thank you for inviting us to ask questions. Mine is about the energy drink I use. You say to eliminate it while on the temporary histamine diet. The ingredients in mine are vitsmin B3, B6 and B12. Could these vitamins be causing excess histamine? I use about 1/4 tsp a few times per week and although it's really only a few drops it helps me have energy that I need. You are very generous with information in your videos. Thank you!

I make mine same as you. Spoon is best. Blend them then put them into ice cube makers. Store them in Plastic bag in freezer until I need them. Take out 4-6 cubes at a time. Melt & drink or blend with something else. Ginger & honey are good.

Years ago when I first started having reactions, my sister suggested it could be nightshade family intolerance. Last year a friend of mine said I had HI. I researched safe and bad foods and found there was a cross over with some foods. So if you're on a low histamine diet and still getting reactions, maybe look at what nightshade foods you still eat and remove them. My biggest issue now is trying to lower my diabetes level that skyrocketed once I introduced certain foods that were meant to be safe. Such a fine line with getting to the bottom of all this :/ For now I am going to try and do the carnivore diet again and see how that helps my reactions and diabetes

My bad breath was from my H pylori which I battled all my life after all expensive drugs I bought. But meeting dr Oyalo and using his herbs cured me totally and till now I’m completely free
