What is screwing me up is the #5 wire, shouldn't it go to something separate that closes the holding contact? I think I just figured it out lol. Ok so when the coil is energized it closes not only L1 L2 L3, but also the holding contact?

The way he explained it the wiring in the video for the high voltage is wrong then you should probably relay that to everyone so they don't get confused other than that really good video

Sir i have a golf vehicle when i press pedal single time it can not move so i press pedal many time then it move and the smoothely run but the only problem is that its starting torque is very low because batteries are fully charged i check input voltage of motor 48 volt dc exact i want to increase motor starting torque what you suggest please reply its humble request

I have a small motor like this but its not wired this way where the windings have a long jump line. The two windings are connected together but kept separate by the brush and armature. I think its way less confusing to be wired that way since the way its wired on the diagram is the way its wired irl. Whereas in the vid that jumper wire can cause some confusion.

So if we change the number of windings could we change the voltage ratio from sqrt(3) to 1? If so could the windings of each transformer pair be different and each have their own ratios?

Hey can you do a detailed video of wiring up a three phase reversing like you had in the wiring schematic with the large black motor control you showed in this video @11:40? This is what i have to do for my test at work.

I was impressed by your excellent demonstration and equipment. Can you tell me how a three terminal reversible motor is wired internally? I have worked out a schematic for a four terminal motor, but cannot find anything or devise anything for a three terminal reversible series wound DC motor. Thanks for the information!

Thank you for the excellent demonstration! I would appreciate it if you could illustrate the process of transitioning from induction to synchronous motor with an incremental increase in speed up to the synchronous speed. Additionally, if you could demonstrate the transition to a capacitive load motor with a fixed speed at synchronous speed through excitation, it would help me better understand the behavior in speed.

If I understood correctly in the ladder language, a load can be activated regardless of whether we have an open or closed circuit in the switch. There is no electrical continuity but logic. And my main question, does ladder language consider all switches as double throw?
@PeteVree
@PeteVree 3 ай бұрын
Yes, you are correct. Not the path of current, the path of logic. The Ladder language primarily looks for voltage or no voltage... so usually single pole, single throw input contacts.
