What a waste of time. This isn't even a review. You're just reading out the blurb for each saw from some website.

Top handles should be for climbing only. Kickback on sprocket tipped saws is inevitable not having the same control as a rear handle is definitely dangerous. Would definitely not advise for a carpenter. PS the 120mk2 is a toy saw might get my niece one for Christmas. what about the 254XP? How has the 365 superceded the 372XP? would be great if you did another updated video.

THIS VIDEO IS GARBAGE. Almost every statistic or specification is wrong in this video. It’s just a bunch of random unrelated info that claims home owner saws are pro saws, pro saws are small homeowner saws and doesn’t accurately state what the saws are intended for

Roll the Dice!! But I can tell which is better! It's any tool that doesn't say "Dewalt" on it! The 18v were a great system, mine served well for 20+ years. I switched over to the 20v system a few years back and have had nothing but issues with the tools and/or batteries. The worse thing is Dewalt customer service sucks. To return a POS tool & let them evaluate the issue (not to fix it), just to evaluate the problem, will cost you $85. They claim if its an issue with the tool & not abuse or the user they will send your money back, but after all the bad luck I've had with more than 4 brand new tools & 1 battery in less than 2 years, I just went & bought a full set from a different brand. There's no way I was gambling another $85.

I was running this saw for about 2 hours at about a 30-50% duty cycle kzfaq.infoUgkxfQm1wmg0ItKDLavxj1nXtQY9HP7EF504 and it did a great job. I used the lever for the built in sharpener to clear chip buildup out more than to actually sharpen the chain. It managed to cut some hardwood stumps much larger than it's size without bothering the neighbors with hours of 2 stroke noise.

I bought this nail gun as we were planning to renew all the fencing in our back garden. As this involved 19 double slatted fence panels, 10 of which needed to be cut down in size, we knew there would be a need for a great kzfaq.infoUgkxHQsUrwNr5GQrnx9V4xDdUr56qxwuiBHt deal of re-stapling the wooden slats to the wooden framework. Each alteration required the re-stapling of 62 wooden slats with double staples. Prior to starting the work we ordered sufficient additional staples as per the instructions with the gun.The gun performed fantastically throughout the entire project with no jams of misfires. The adjustable power was excellent allowing the staples to be fired into the 8mm slats to the correct depth. For the price paid this was a bargain and it proved itself to be so reliable and versatile making an arduous task much quicker and professional. I cannot recommend this product highly enough and it will be used on many other projects in the future.

IMO... none of them. They all have some degree of play in them that makes them not run true. Sometimes it's due to the plate thinness, but it's primarily due to their linear shafts. The JessEm you have at number 1 has the least amount of play (due to the length of their bearing structure, but it still lacks true precision. If companies worried less about weight, they'd realize that having more, and larger linear slide guides, it would fix the issue. Adding a dual lift mechanism rods to distribute the pressure, and a total of 4 or 5 slides would prevent the slop/play. The biggest issue though, is the small, and thin/weak sized plates. A 9"x11" limits a lot of what could be done. A 14-1/2" x 11-1/2" with a 1/2" 6061 plate will provide much more stability. Basically, a homemade router lift can do a better job as it's more customizable. Also, using a 25mm shaft with self lubricating bearings will put play and slop to zero as long as it's build properly.
