This is working. For those who are unable to find the OSPPREARM, just go to this PC and on left top corner click on search button and enter OSPPREARM and wait till the search get complete, it will take 8-10 mins and once you find the file simply do right click and then Run as administrator.

If anyone has problem finding OSPPREARM in the files, it is most likely in this other location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform if you follow this path, you can do the exact same thing, just run as admin and the popups should go away. cheers.
