Thank you for the upload. I just finished listening to the whole thing at work last. I was 12 that year, and it brought many memories back to me in my youth. I also had to add it to my Playlist, you did an amazing job on this.

73 was the pinnacle of good music, from there it's a Bell Curve. But if you look at the Billboard Top 100, every song on that list, you'll recognize. 72 and 74 ,there's maybe two or three at the bottom, that are Eh. 71 and 75 ,it might be instead of two or three, it's five or six, and so on.

What a great channel. I was 5 years old when these hits were playing. My mom or dad would have CKLW in Detroit hammering them all. My dad would take me in the garage and I was learning to be the "gopher". Over the years we would go out to the giant garage and fix many things. Cleaning it was discipline for behaving badly, but it was a good chore to get away from the "incident" and learn how he was teaching me. WE then had the obligatory chore of spring window cleaning, it was awesome. The five of us in 72 degree weather with Vinegar and water and newspaper. Dad was making good money as a bricklayer. Back then small business owners could write off everything. That's the way it should be now. My most memorable hits were from Paul McCartney and wings. I didn't know the song titles back the, but "Admiral Halsey" and "Live and let Die" and the band on the run list were so good. Loved "Helen Wheels" and "Drink to me". Later on hearing "Isn't it a pity" by George Harrison showed me just how much great music came out then. That all ended in the late 80's with (c)rap music and sampling. I put this channel on my favorites! Thanks for the HITS!!!
