Что значит "B" в нотах
@Trombone_GuyАй бұрын
Buzz
@cannonz7Ай бұрын
That's sticking, the B means both as in both sticks are to hit the designated part of the drum
@Trombone_GuyАй бұрын
Because Musecore hasn't implemented the Buzz Roll in playback audio, I would suggest marking the buzz rolls as buzzes with Two Stroke Tremelos for playback. Then just label them as buzzrolls. Hope this helps as I have used them in my own scores.

Try adding more rudiments like pududuhs or paradiddles and paradiddlediddles. Also try adding some diddles in there as well.

Parallel octaves measure 3 and 7, consider more movement in the alto voice in general (but really every voice), and practice throwing in some different cadences; structure is pretty flat in general and I think that you can add a lot by throwing the odd inverted melody and minor chord in there

Measure 3 unresolved B, should instead move soprano: F, G, E. Measure 4 is parallel octaves and fifths between soprano alto and tenor. Measure 5 parallel octaves between alto and bass. Measure 5-6 parallel octaves between alto and bass again

For rudimental snare solos in general, you’ll wanna write in the stickings for every note except grace notes
@humanperson-ef5gm7 ай бұрын
It was great except the roll in measure 12 leading to measure 13 has a flam at the end. That's not really possible to play. Great job otherwise

Just a tip for the future: you don't need that repeat symbol at the beginning since you would just be repeating it from the beginning already due to the repeat symbol at the end.
@cannonz78 ай бұрын
Rather than just have the same repetitive part for something like the guitar in this piece, maybe make up a countermelody or something. Also, make sure that you group your rests correctly.

@KayZee19576 ай бұрын
@@temporal9 The rudimental sticking is a drag, the written notes are called grace notes. They're written smaller to show that the should be much softer and before the beat.

That’s what I was about to say, you gotta have stickings in a rudimental snare solo
@smooshfanultra8 ай бұрын
Cool snare solo, but I would like to see the use of rim shots! You can notate that by changing the note head to a star shape.
@connorericksonmusic4 ай бұрын
I usually notate it by changing the head to a bold X shape and adding a “marcato accent” above it.
