You can’t own land in Thailand I live here to , your full of shit . Last year they thought about letting foreigners buy 1 property in specific areas in a banded price range. It didn’t pass through parliament. You can only buy a condo as per usual. Now they want income tax beginning this year . I’m moving to Cambodia 👍

Congrats, on your lovely open-plan home, ideal if you decide to retire in Thailand. Leasehold houses are common in Europe you can renew the lease , my own home is a 999 year lease 😆 should cover me.

Sorry, but in my opinion this is really too expensive. It's not very big, it's not very luxurious, it's far from Hua Hin city centre and the views from the condo are nothing to write home about. I wouldn't want to live here.

Love your channel, have booked a trip to Hua Hin in September now trying to convince my lovely lady to join me. Our favorite too. We lived on Soi 102 for 6 weeks in March/April 2024 and had many meals there. I think we actually met there once, or maybe near the old couple selling fruit. Well, the restaurant offers a lot of great Thai-food, but their Fish & Chips is also great!
