Great video, maybe a day pass is an American thing, i just drive to a hotel and say i want drinks/food at the beach bar, never a problem and never paid for a "day pass".

You can’t own land in Thailand I live here to , your full of shit . Last year they thought about letting foreigners buy 1 property in specific areas in a banded price range. It didn’t pass through parliament. You can only buy a condo as per usual. Now they want income tax beginning this year . I’m moving to Cambodia 👍

Congrats, on your lovely open-plan home, ideal if you decide to retire in Thailand. Leasehold houses are common in Europe you can renew the lease , my own home is a 999 year lease 😆 should cover me.
@victorn657 күн бұрын
Sorry, but in my opinion this is really too expensive. It's not very big, it's not very luxurious, it's far from Hua Hin city centre and the views from the condo are nothing to write home about. I wouldn't want to live here.

Love your channel, have booked a trip to Hua Hin in September now trying to convince my lovely lady to join me. For some reason she does not like Thailand but hoping her first visit will change her mind. I for one would retire tomorrow there but can't see that happening unless she has a major change of heart.

Very nice home, thanks for the helpful advice, I hope you both have a happy retirement. One question you mentioned a 30-year land lease, can it be extended on purchase and at what cost? ♥

Our favorite too. We lived on Soi 102 for 6 weeks in March/April 2024 and had many meals there. I think we actually met there once, or maybe near the old couple selling fruit. Well, the restaurant offers a lot of great Thai-food, but their Fish & Chips is also great!

Hi guys Congratulations on the new house looks lovely, like yourself I was in real estate & renovation in Australia for many years originally in the car repairs & dealer business so I know a little about buying and selling homes & car I like to help people also with good advice if they want it on these matters been coming to Thailand as a very young man in 1978 on my travels around the world. Having that advantage and going into it with your eyes wide open that’s the main thing. As I am sure you both know you meet so many experts here that know everything but also nothing do the research yourself and find the right people to help you. I’ve just started watching your Vlogs and like them I am also staying here at the moment in Hua Hin doing some research for our permanent retirement holiday / home. Maybe I see you out and about I will stay hello. Keep up the great work Cheers Irish Paul
