If your action is real low, I would recommend using a thin walled slide, but if possible I would try to raise the strings at the bridge a bit. M~

And I have never heard a cigar box guitar til I watched this video. Heard of them, never heard one tho. It's like a banjo with balls, if I may.. @@SouthernFireGuitars Cheers mate...... I'm just in the middle of staining my first Leo Jaymz Tele kit with the colour scheme similar to a rustic 70's style Hi-Fi stereo system. I'm using RIT dye and finishing with Tru Oil. Those tuners might just be the ticket for this build. It's more for show than go, but I feel a slight addiction of DIY kits about to surge in the near future that will be taken a little more serious lol
