Great Product, I wouldn’t even call it a product. It’s a prevention suppression that’s saved so many lives and structures and forests fires.

Let me get this straight. Everything is tested before delivery for 30-90 days, but after delivery nothing is going to work as it should???? Thats not nature of the beast, thats poor craftsmanship.
@peterwaugh9416Ай бұрын
I think they are talking about what happens after the boat is used for a while. You will have issue like hoses need to replaced, oil, oil filters need to be changed. Water makers need filters cleaned/replaced. If your in the tropics you have to watch our for algae. Hydraulic systems are under high pressure so issues happen. Big ticket items like the engine will run for years with out an issue but smaller system suffer from being on the ocean in a salt water environment. If you (or Guests) are not careful toilet systems can get blocked. Nothing lasts for ever. It's a bit like you house. No matter how well you look after it you will eventually need to call a plumber for something. If you are going to travel long distances you need to be prepared to be able to look after things on you own.

Every time you talked about a boat owner, it was ″he″. Welcome to unconscious bias… Such a turn-off for female buyers.
@uwhaku3 ай бұрын
While it would likely be better for him to use the term "they/them", this is likely not unconscious bias. Without doing a complete statistical analysis I would venture to believe that 95+% of his previous customers and contacts have been male. So if he "turns-off" less than a few % of his potential client pool by using male centric pronouns, I'm sure he'll be doing just fine.

I’m sure you can tell us how many female owners he’s unconsciously ignoring, my guess would be there’s no more than 3 or 4 outright female owners in total.

He's talking about recent data collected in Manatee Key. Water temperatures over 90 degrees can harm coral, the temperature was 101 degrees.
@boatinginsider10 ай бұрын
Exactly and a lot of this is due to poor water quality which ultimately kills the sea grass. Once sea grass has diminished, water temperatures severely rise.
@factmanamerican88210 ай бұрын
Okay, so replant the sea grass. Seems like a simple solution, or at least a step in the right direction.

only a tiny fraction of "recycled plastic" actually get recycled. Just because you put it in the recycle bin doesn't mean it gets recycled. Most likely it will end up in the landfill anyway.

Only 10% of plastic gets recycled. Plastic recycling is a scam and a myth perpetrated by the petroleum industry. We need to funnel our energy into research for microbial breakdown of current plastic waste and alternative consumer packaging
