I have to say I've absolutely so doubt this gentleman was an excellent Fester, but the trickiest part of this sequence is finding a balance between being the deranged, comical Fester while at the same time conveying a sweet sentimentality that's almost lullaby-esque. Playing it purely for laughs all the way through risks losing a magical, whimsical element that really endears the audience to Fester.
