I have to agree that since the camera angle was low instead of above the cards you can actually see the elmsley count being performed if it was held above the cards you wouldn't see the elmsley count but this is just to entertain and as I said in the beginning I do not claim to be a magician and I actually just learned the elmsley count not too long ago And I will take your advice and check out the alternate ways of doing it

I just learned how to do it the way that you said omg 100% cleaner and less clunky. I really have to thank you for your constructive criticism I will now be doing the elmsley count the way that you suggested

Sorry no magnets on this one That's why I shook the card at the end. A magnet would have easily fallen off and that's why I avoided using magnets. It is a good idea but not a trick where you have to violently shake the card at the end magnets are good for many tricks though however not this one also if you ever try to work with a magnet on the other side of a barrier you'll notice that whatever it's holding on the other side moves in a jerky manner so when I shook the card you would definitely expect it to have moved on the front side or fallen off and because that happened to me in the past with another trick I like to avoid magnets

no .. Soliris is a liquid not a powder. You withdraw 120ml of the Soliris and add to 120ml of NS. The NS bag is available as a 250ml minibag. We withdraw 130ml from the bag first and discard everything except 50ml to use later to reintroduce into the minibag when it is empty in order to infuse the Soliris remaining in the lineas it requires hydrostatic pressure as well as gravitational force

Does it make your fingers tingle? I've just had an infusion today and my fingers started to tingle a bit

@@j9lorna I must admit that I never had a reaction such as that but you might want to mention it to your neurologist. There's two diseases that the Solaris is used for. One is myasthenia gravis and the other is paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria. I'm going to assume that you're probably using it for myasthenia gravis. I'm a clinician and I have myasthenia gravis as well. I've never had an adverse effect such as that. I am also going to assume that you're on other medications like pyrito stigmine and possibly immunosuppressants. I'm not going to say that the Solaris cannot cause tingling in the fingers because anything is possible but it's not a side effect that is normally associated with the drug. Many things could cause side effects such as that because we're talking about neurological functions but the way that the syllabus works is it shuts down the complement system in your body which is helping to produce those nasty anticholinergic receptor antibodies and it is not perfect because it has been working for me for 4 years and for some reason has stopped. You may have had an adverse effect that even though it's not in the literature it is possible to happen and should be reported to your case manager that follows you. They will take the time and effort to report it to the FDA and this may have to be included in the literature in the future. Although it doesn't seem serious now sometimes anaphylaxis can occur with future exposures to something that caused you to have a reaction almost anything can cause a reaction some people are allergic to peanut butter. So definitely let your neurologist know what happened after you infused the Soliris. If you are using it for myasthenia gravis there are alternatives there is a new alternative called Vyvgart which uses an IG fragment to kind of block those nasty little anti-colinergic receptor antibodies from attaching to The cholinergic receptors on the muscles
