If this is the actual key for the piece, then if you play an Eb or Bb instrument (or anything not in C), then it will be transposed for your instrument.

This is very nice transcription! I like it how you keep the tenor's melody in the right register. Most piano-arrangements move it up an octave. This arrangement is actually quite similar to my own... kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hqp8ksmqla_cfo0.html
