Leider ist die Firma Lehner nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Ich habe einen Treppenlift dieser Herstellers und wollte den Lift von ihnen abgebaut bekommen, was sie abgelehnt haben. Die Vertreiber Firma in Deutschland ist leider insofern gegangen und ich muss umziehen und kann den Lift weder dort lassen noch mitnehmen. Aber das ist ihnen egal. Man sollte einfach die Finger von Österreichischen Waren lassen😢

Sehr geehrter Herr Ray! Wir verstehen, dass das für die Benutzerfreundlichkeit nicht sehr angenehm ist. Es ist jedoch so, dass die Totmann-Steuerung gemäß EN 81:40 verpflichtend bei Treppenliften ist. Freundliche Grüße aus Österreich

@@LehnerLifttechnik und was ist mit einer Fernbedienung ?? ich bin noch im Haus, der Lift ist unten und noch hochgeklappt... habe ich im Haus die Möglichkeit den Lift auszuklappen und hochzuholen??? Oder wie ist es überhaupt mit Fernbedienungen??

Sehr geehrter Herr Ray, grundsätzlich sind im Basispreis beim Plattform Treppenlift Delta 2 Funk-Außensteuerungen inkludiert. Falls Sie keine Funk-Außensteuerungen haben, können diese natürlich nachgerüstet werden. Bitte kontaktieren Sie dazu das Unternehmen, das Ihren Lift montiert hat. Freundliche Grüße aus Österreich

@@LehnerLifttechnik bei mir ist noch kein Lift an der Treppe. Wird demnächst aber sehr wahrscheinlich nötig sein. Ich mochte mich vorab informieren. Welch Firma baut mir im Raum Fürth so einen Lift an die Eingangstreppe??
