Hi! I'm doing a personal project, a non-profit video of ambient sounds from District 12 of the Hunger Games, just for fun. And I'm going to build a story with a bunch of non-studio songs, and I'd really like to include your cover of that song in the video, if you don't mind.

Isto, I commented earlier about how wonderful this rendition is. I just played it for my wife and she asked me to tell you she is swooning! Again, just wonderful and you play much of the music I want to play on my Loar archtop too. Thank you so much

Western people leaving Christianity over the generations to eastern religions and bringing back the truths and wisdoms from those religions have re fetrilised the cultural awareness around god and christianity. Where these truths and meanings could re sprout from the words in the bible. Christianity fell off, because people like mum and dad, believed in a man in the sky and just did things because thats how it was done. All the meaning and interpretation had degenerated into dogmatic principles for dogmas sake. There was nothing inherently interesting, or true about the nature of that practice. It was dead. Eastern religions have raised the bar for christianity to a level of interpretation that was generally not accepted by the masses. I still don't believe Jesus is the only way. I think, it's an incantation. A top tier magik practice. Where you anthropomorphise god, yet god's all enduring qualities, like peace, transcendence, beauty, infinite love, radical forgiveness were embodied into Jesus. And then being able to believe and have a relationship with a person that gives you all this love. Its an easier way to relate to the infinite through a finite symbol. And people can really lean into loving a person, a man who is perfect in everyway shining love like the sun in every direction, having a personal relationship with you, who died to save you. If you give yourself to that belief. In a twist of irony. I believe that Faith, is the absence of belief. As belief needs a thought to exist, and where thoughts can exist, doubt can reside. So in essence faith is the absence of doubt, through the absence of thought. And ironically, that's when you become a true believer. Because you've invited the holy spirit to enter, without any pressupositions. On pure faith. (absence of doubt-yet not a belief)
