As far as my experience goes in Saudi, there's currently no other way. It might be different in other countries, but here, you either buy through P2P or you buy from someone else. You pay that person in cash or transfer the funds, and they send the crypto to your Binance account. But you need to make sure the person is trustworthy and can actually send you the crypto once you give them the money.

@asadgulzarahmad1575 The insurance remains the same if you wish to issue a new insurance for the updated number plate you could otherwise you could use the same insurance policy the one you had previously applied for. Second option you can call the insurance company and ask them if they can update it for you.

With the new update, transferring a vehicle number plate can now be done entirely through Absher. Before starting with Absher, ensure that both parties pay the required fees, which is 400 SR for each vehicle owner. Once you've paid via bank, log in to your Absher account using a web browser, as the Absher app won't show the vehicle transfer details. Go to the vehicle section and follow the required steps. You might not see the list of crypto sellers because you're using Binance Lite. Try switching to the Binance Pro interface within the Binance app, then navigate to the P2P trending section. To change the app interface, click on the Binance logo icon at the bottom of the screen and switch between Binance Lite and Pro.

Based on my experience, there's nothing wrong with using different country variants, except for the tax implications. Other than that, you'll have the same access whether you use a KSA account or accounts from other countries. So, if your crypto account is based in India, you'll be tracked via an Indian crypto account. You could even have two accounts on Binance with different logins, but holding one or two crypto accounts isn't a bad idea, and having multiple accounts could be beneficial.
