Been watching a bunch of reaction videos to this. Huge difference how men and women react. 2:25 Most women are happy this man is still carrying a torch for a woman who left him. Most men are sad. 2:53 "This is really pure love." Women really seem to think this way. That love isn't a reciprocal thing. Love is only something you get from a man. Cold as ice. Men see this as a living hell, not love. 3:02 "You'll forget in time." Men react and understand this line as her breaking up with him. Men have heard it before. Women breeze by this and don't realize for a while. One never understood. 4:39 This is where most woman get sad. The idea that the guy wasn't crying anymore and was smiling. Kind of shocked how cold. 4:53 First person to understand what a wreath on a door meant. We don't seem to be the same species.

All country songs are based on a true life story.😢
I love how he gets the audience to join in. Bands and solo artists don't perform this way anymore.

At about 3:08 into the video, you can see the string hanging. Smoothest guitar 🎸 change.

Saw them live last year for the first time. May or may have shaved a few seconds off the screen, but Danny…? And Justin, Adam were all in.

I’ve got a DVD or VHS of this Austin City Limits show. I can’t remember which I have, ‘cause I got lots of videos and CDs and books of SRV. I even have a bootleg DVD. At least, I think it might be. It came from Brazil but was filmed at Orpheum Theatre in Memphis, Tennessee with Lonnie Mack hosting. Great show!!!

He broke a string in the middle of the last solo. That is why he switched guiatars. And yes he did not miss a beat. SRV the best in my opinion.

17 minutes????? this was beyond the half way point of a two or three hour show! you know it's beyond half way because angus is jacketless, tieless, and shirtless. he allways "disrobes" at the middle of the show. just sayin'. legends they are!
