Watersmeet is in Gogebic County, western UP. 20-ish years ago the school was part of an ESPN ad campaign which got them on Jay Leno. Then somewhere along the line Robert Redford learned of the school and decided to make like a ten part documentary on it for his Sundance channel. You can find the ESPN ad here on KZfaq (probably just search "ESPN Nimrods" was part of the "without sports" campaign.) The documentary is online somewhere if you wanted to watch it (it's called Nimrod Nation), I don't know where. It's okay, not bad, not wholly representative of the area as it kinda centers around maybe 2 or 3 families (it really centers around the school/basketball team though, been a long time since Ive seen it don't remember a ton.) It won a Peabody award but I don't really know what that is lol

@@captainpowblox7172 SVT controls the amount of gyro vs human steering input, the higher the setting the more gyro effect.

I picked up three today. I got the monster truck cop car. The red and black looks like a charger race car and the blue drifter that’s in the video I like all of them except the drifter because of the way it shakes. Maybe I just have to learn it better I have the plane black race one coming tomorrow and I actually ordered the little semi truck, but I actually ordered it straight from China because they had it the cheapest I think it came to 70 bucks. Everything included normally I would order from Amazon because I want things overnight, but this truck I wasn’t dying for and it was literally, less than half of what Amazon wanted. I think there was another site who wanted like 125 for the truck or something but I still went with Alibaba for 70 shipped. I ordered the mat from Amazon, but that is not coming until early July. It’s the large one out of the two I’m going to make a video shortly about them myself.

Thanks for the comment. The drifter really only shakes bad if you have a surface with too great of surface tension (tackyness). If you get the same track as I got you will find that it shakes a lot less, and will drift great once you dial the settings in to your driving style some.

What do you think of the alum. shocks in stock placement? Just got back into this and am thinking of the shocks. Is it a total waste of money for the aftermarket stuff?

They are both just springs and the aluminum ones never did improve the driving. a Gyro some camber, a little caster and a steering rack setup is the way you want to go if you want to drift it RWD

If you are just painting 1 body than a rattle can is fine, but an airbrush will always produce a better result IMO

I just got mine today. It’s a lot better than my scooter. I noticed that I can only go 15 mph on the highest mode. Not sure how to get it to go 20. With way it’s a lot of fun.

It tells how to unlock in the owner manual, its like hold the power button for 5 seconds then push the + key but check the manual.

Th.D/R trim only is only used when you set your speed to 100%. Doesnt work in 20 or 50%

The track is about 2.5 x 3.5 ft. Yes you can bind any of the cars to the same radio using the bind clip. I bought on Amazon but you can get on AliExprss or Ebay. 22 , the avenue, thats the place where we all go. Eddie rules!!!

Hi, maybe for drivers racing cars like these can be more fun to drive, but for the audience Drifting Cars are a lot more interesting to watch because they need a real skill and knowledge to drive them properly and they also can run in couples. In this case, the one who is in front is called the LEAD and the one who follows behind is called the CHASE. Please, make a little research about and you'll be surprise !. True, but you must have fun at times with driving styles that require more throttle and guts than skill! When we get all the drivers competing on the upcoming NASCAR tracks you might see more skill and knowledge then, as this was merely tuning and testing.

Please could you do a 3 part (or more/less) series showing the practical steps for a newbie on how to achieve this? Preferably not involving soldering. Many thanks.

You need to hook up the speed control to the radio throttle channel, then tape off the motor wire ends from the speed control so they don't short. Then turn on the transmitter and connect a 7.2v battery to the speed control. Use the switch for the speed control to turn the sound unit on. Then bind your sound unit receiver to the same transmitter that you drive your car with. Its that easy
