Just got the gray version of this watch today. Excited. I had the Casio AB watch (no compass) around 12 years ago and she is still ticking after a battery change. Got the Suunto Core as a swap out, but it died just after 4 years. I hope this new Casio I got will last me another decade, like her older AB counterpart.

The green bezel version looks really good with the stock black strap. I changed the strap on my Batman version to blue silicone, but the black strap and green bezel combo really works!

It is obviously using a Seiko movement NH35 inside it but having the case and outside and the crown been spot on all you need to get is a movement will forward happy days. It is what I am doing .

What did you end up doing with this watch?

2024 that quartz movement watch on Amazon is about $151…

I was also having higher hopes for the hardlex, but 1 week in with my Seiko 5 with only normal daily wear I already have some scratches :(

Amazing watch that could be sold for 3k if it was longines. Looks better than the lld too. Have you considered the tuxedo one/what's your opinion on it? Or the new model without the date? Also i would recommend getting a 22mm shark mesh and trying to fit it in. Looks amazing

Mine keeps time very good. It's whiting seconds +/- But somdeays it's way off. It can bee hours off. But 90% off the time I spot on.

I didnt know some had plastic shrouds.. Ive always been into just 007s, now getting into tunas.. All i seen were titanium case and shroud..plastic seems cheap tbh but seiko has been cheaping out over the years i guess.. I mean look what they did tonthe 007.. Discontinued it and gave us shit quality compared to the og that looks exactly the same.. Well the NH is a step up.. But the rest ehh, id rather take a old one and throw a nh in it lol..

2yrs late to the party. It's an interesting set of complications - Longines has a version of this in the Master Collection that may have come out before, and the Detroit Watch Co. does too. All around the same pricing. I do love the dial on this one and Detroit a bit more, but the Longines finishing looks a bit better. Very cool watch though, I'll have to keep this company in mind.

The bezel is outstanding! Definitely on a class of its own, so much attention to detail on this piece.

Beautiful watch. Would really be perfect with a japanese movement and a higher quality bracelet. Like that it sadly is way too expensive IMO, especially the MSRP.

Good deal nice review ! I'm wearing the same Casio "Kermit" you show but now (May 2024) its offered with Stainless steel bracelet from Casio. It was just $68 from Amazon. I dislike rubber straps & the well made Casio "Oyster Style" bracelet takes it ever closer to a Submariner knock off.
